At Dethinka, our services are developed in a personalized and customized manner, based on each client's requirements. Therefore, once work has begun or part of the contracted service has been delivered, full or partial refunds are not issued.
Services excluded from refund
Due to the intangible nature of our services (digital marketing, web design, branding, automation, event production, among others), refunds do not apply once:
The development, execution or planning of the service has begun.
Resources (human or technical) have been assigned to the project.
Partial or total delivery of the work has been made.
Cancellation before starting
In the event of cancellation by the client before the formal start of the project (prior to technical execution or internal planning), a proportional refund will be assessed, deducting administrative expenses or advances already made, if any.
Commitment to quality
Dethinka is committed to maintaining constant communication with its clients and delivering services in accordance with the prior agreements defined in proposals, quotes, or contracts. In the event of discrepancies or necessary adjustments, we will always prioritize collaborative resolution over breach of contract.
Applicable legislation
This policy complies with Law No. 19,496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights in Chile, particularly with regard to personalized and non-standardized services.
